Tickets purchased prior to September 1st 2020 are automatically transferred to SoulTreat 2021. No refunds or replacements. You can transfer your ticket, terms below. Tickets purchased on or after September 1st, 2020: 100% refundable if cancelled through May 31st, 2021. 50% refundable if cancelled June 1st through September 1st, 2021. Non-refundable if cancelled September 2nd, 2021 through October 23, 2021, or in the case of a no-show. Exclusions may apply. All refunds are subject to a $65 per person cancellation fee.
