Tickets purchased prior to September 1st 2020 are automatically transferred to SoulTreat 2021. No refunds or replacements. You can transfer your ticket, terms below. Tickets purchased on or after September 1st, 2020: 100% refundable if cancelled through May 31st, 2021. 50% refundable if cancelled June 1st through September 1st, 2021. Non-refundable if cancelled September 2nd, 2021 through October 23, 2021, or in the case of a no-show. Exclusions may apply. All refunds are subject to a $65 per person cancellation fee. Terms and conditions can change without notice. If you are a presenter or part of the SoulTreat team, your ticket is non-refundable at any time. Any information can be updated or changed at any time without notice. SoulTreat tickets are transferable, however, you must email us at Events@TheWellnessUniverse.com by 9/22/21 with the name and information of the new ticket holder. Regarding refunds, event questions, etc., you can use the email above or the Contact Us page and you will get a personal reply within 72 business hours.
